Spring in Yosemite Valley

May 4-6 , 2012

The class is limited to only 10 students to insure the most valuable time spent learning from Bob directly in the field.

The workshop now begins early on Friday morning for shooting at the many great locations then a lunch provide by Scenic Light. During the day we will offer lectures and critiques to enhance your skills as a photographer. Our workshops not only guide you to these great locations but more so are designed to improve your skills as a photographer.

Saturday morning we start again early capturing the first light. If you've ever joined us before you know the locations are endless and during May it is still quiet before the summer rush. We will focus on shooing all the major falls as well as the rainbow at Bridalveil and or course many dogwood flowers.

On Sunday we again are up early for the first light and shoot until noon. After our lunch we offer an afternoon shoot for those whose wish to get in the most out of the weekend. During all shoots Bob works beside the students to give maximum attention to hands on questions as well as theory of compositions and use of filters and film. The class size is limited to 10 students to allow the most attention possible.

The group is encouraged to stay at either the Yosemite Lodge in the Park or at the Yosemite View Lodge in El Portal, where we can offer groups rates. Either location is close to all our activities.

The total for the entire weekend in the field, including lunch on Saturday and the critiques sessions $395.00. A deposit of $200 will hold your seat in the class. The balance is due 30 days prior to the workshop date. Please either e-mail us or call at (916) 223-5211 for further details and to register.

This is a great workshop and one you won't want to miss!
