We
are pleased to announce our 2nd Napa Wine Country Fall workshop.
The
first weekend of Nov is full of fall colors on the vines. Not only that but the
region is quiet from the summer rush. The workshop begins on Friday afternoon
and concludes Sunday afternoon. It includes 2 evening shoots, 2 morning shoots
and 2 afternoon shoots in the Napa and Sonoma valleys. The tuition also includes
lodging at the very nice Stevenson Manor Inn in Calstoga,
and lunch on Sunday. The lunch is at the Venge vinyards which is also one of the shooting locations. It offers some great photographic opportunities and also includes a private wine tour and tasting to conclude the workshop.
We think it is going to be
a great opportunity to capture images of the golden vineyards full of fall color.
We have scouted many locations that promise many varied landscapes. We will also
provide a casual lecture during the break on Saturday on Photoshop CS3. This
is a fairly intensive photography workshop designed to give students the maximum
enjoyment while learning as much as possible. All field sessions are guided personally
by Bob Evans with on site help close at hand.
If
you have never shot the vine country in the fall this will be a great opportunity.
The cost is $695.00 with and a $300 deposit will hold your seat. Final payment
